The bloodied crotch is unmistakabley The Isle Of Wight! I know because I've flown over it twice. You are absolutely correct, art therapy is indeed a thing. Although it seems a kind of common sense pairing (art + therapy) I personally had no idea there was a formal coupling of the two until my daughter chose psychology as her major with a minor in art for that very reason.
