Actually most of what the Dems kept voting no on was about the GOP rejecting all the pork they still managed to infest the bill with. Such "necessities" in a time of economic upheaval as $25 Million for the JFK Performing Arts center, extra money for the Institute of Museum and Library Services (maybe some of that money can be used to rebuild the libraries rioters burned down in Minneapolis?), $31 Million for wildlife "bio-surveillance", an extra $46 million in OT pay and toys to the TSA which is largely spent the past 3 months with a thumb up their ass at empty airports... etc.

The GOP *should* have voted against the entire damn thing. As it stood, all their yes vote did was empower the greatest sham ever pulled on US soil. We the tax payers funded the little exercises in fascism the 50 states frolicked with instead of we the tax payers saying "eff yourselves" to each of those fascist mayors and governors, and allowing the damaged finances of their own populations to dictate the individual responses to each "leader" on their home turf. The GOP's "yes" vote made it far, far too easy for the citizenry to swallow bullsnip.
