Why were police breaking up a peaceful protest? There was nothing being thrown at them.

With the sound up , this is going to cause some more # . The first cop stops to hear what the old man has to say , he can tell he's not there to protest , and then 2 azzhats from behind the line don't care why he's walked up to speak and push him back , shouting their orders , then he trips backwards and cracks his head , starts bleeding , knocked out . He could be stone dead but another real _____ says he's faking , and then bitch cop is saying , don't film this . Thugs is right , if that man's dead , which he could be all kind of # will break loose . Suspended already ? This guy has a name too , a family and a reason he was there , he could have been saying that he needed their help in some way . Protect and serve , yeah right , this is injure and ignore . The link is broken ..
What a bunch of ____ s , nasty ____s

How do you know that's not just a wrinkle, a hotdog neck? When someone is leaning forward in a seated position it can be accentuated if they have that feature.

Suggest barely visible lump from a distance on poor quality picture is a concealed bag of fake blood with makeup to cover it, deem it fake news with no proof.

I'd like to think it would've been exposed when the paramedics came or when the police took a look at it up close. It'd make the news I'd bet.

Why isn't this on www.foxnews.com... ?

On the flip side of the coin, this is rather surprising.. Only 55 police officers were killed nationwide in 2018.

reason.com...

I thought the job was more dangerous.

Watch this a few times over . The cop who stopped to hear what the old man is saying is going to stop to assist him on the ground too , but he's pushed on away from helping him. By the guy who ran up to shove him. As if , you didn't see this , so you can't help him. That's a sergeant who wants sacking

What happens next is hard to see but the military give him assistance , 2 of them not the cops and any of them can give first aid.

Not everyone is in the wrong here , the one who did his job properly was interfered with and then stopped from carrying on , doing his job properly

Idk what these red arrows are pointing to. I see a grainy image of blood coming out of his ear. How did the concealed fake blood pouch burst without him puncturing it by hand? The force of his skull hitting the pavement?

Oh, wait, you're saying it's real blood coming out. I'm confused.

The video earlier this week of the police captain shot in the back, and bleeding out on the sidewalk while looters took his personal effects, was the saddest thing I've seen in a long time.

The big social media sites removed that one in less than 8 hours.

But the videos showing police brutalities, live forever on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc..

yeah sorry about that....screwed up the quote. I was replying to FlyingFox for his idiot suggestion that it was easy squeezy fake blood.

The photo clearly shows blood pouring out of his ear.

Again sorry, my remark wasn't directed at you.

Peace

I’m siding with protestors more and more every day.

But Americans need to get real. If a line of cops with face masks and shields and truncheons is moving toward you, GTF back.

His body language is defiant. Not like someone trying to avoid a blow, but someone who might be a threat to a cop being surrounded by enraged protestors.

These cops are bad? Not compared to cops in Lebanon. Or Egypt. Try and hesitate when an Egyptian cop tells you to empty your bags onto the ground. You will stagger back with a bloody head, all right.

Greek cops will punch you like it’s the main event at Harrah’s Casino in historic Atlantic City.

And search warrants in other countries are photocopies with the perp’s name dropped in on a different photocopied piece of paper...

Not saying American cops don’t need fixing; but I’d like to see some acknowledgment that they have a job to do.

Too many flying furry creatures in this thread.

At least a flying squirrel is a real thing. The only way a fox can fly is if you throw it really hard. Drug it then attach it to a small rocket?

This post was removed for animal cruelty terms of service violation.

They shouldn't be suspended. That's part of the problem. This is what they're trained to do. Now punish them for it.

The old man was foolish. Don't block them when they're advancing, and never touch them. He did both. It doesn't matter his age even of they could tell behind that coronavirus mask.

And what makes you think that old man would be escorted? I doubt it. Besides, I bet he wakes up in the morning feeling much more dignified than if they walked him off the street like some helpless old coot.

It doesn't work like that , he could have saying his wife's having a heart attack and his phones not working , anything like that.
One had time to listen , why not the others .

I wonder where the protectors of liberty and rights are in the hierarchy of the police departments.

I don't think it's an exagerration to say that alot of police wish they could circumvent rules like not using excessive or unnecessary force and search warrants.

It's kind of like how many members of ATS would be okay with liberals having their wealth seized and put into camps or presidential terms being extended by 4 years.

This video shows all that is wrong with western society! No wonder cops kill people when they are trained to walk on and not help a frail old man bleeding from the ears, anyone that justifies the action of the overseer that stops his colleague from helping is just as bad. There was no immediate danger to the coppers , it should have gone that one copper stayed to help and the others close the gap, and carry on knowing the nat guard will step in take over and then the copper joins the line again. Outrageous ! justifying the training of public servants to ignore their humanity is why America will fail and why the rest of us will fail if we keep believing you are the country to emulate. This isn’t about black lives matter this is about a country training its citizens to be sociopaths

also, there are black on black crimes in Chicago, so a little police brutality on blacks is part for the course...if they don't want to be brutalized they shouldn't kill each other..

one bleeding cop means it's ok to hurt and kill citizens.
any more context on the bleeding cop? he had a dangerous paper cut and felt threatened and accidentally shot himself?
