Well..the other side of that is its not theft when its tye spoils of war. All of Europe built their fortunes ripping off the poor "savages", who needed European salvation in the form of the same type of theft.

You merely point to the human existence.

Democrat-run cities and states should disband their police forces.

Why can't we have something sensible, like better training. Maybe disarming the police.

Why do we have to have an extremist idea (disband their police forces), instead of a common sense one, like better training. Also disbanding the 'Thin Blue Line' symbol and the gang that hide behind it.

How would disarming the police have made a difference in the Floyd scenario?

And you really want to send police into dangerous situations against people with guns with no gun?

Maybe just only have black police in the major Democrat cities. When a black policeman kills a black man nobody seems to care.

Disarming the police? LOL! You are insane. Some of the protesters want the police departments defunded. How is that going to allow them to increase training?

Hypocrites.

How many innocent people, women even, should we allow to get beaten so severely?

Actually, thats an interesting question.

Did some searching and found...ktla.com...

At least 11 killed during U.S. protests seeking justice for George Floyd, many of them African Americans

Seems the ones suffering the worst beatings are innocent protesters. And 11 deaths is shockingly low, considering it's a large, worldwide demonstration of condemnation for an oppressive police force.

Worth spilling the blood of patriots for liberty, aye?

I want to show you a picture being passed around FB by all the libs as some profound truth -

What do you see?

I'll tell you what I see - I see mobs of entitled losers keeping Hillary's vow of "no civility" until the dems weasel their way back into power.
And don't say "Trump made us do it", that's the maturity level of a three year old

Watching America slowly implode over the last few years whilst you guys cling to your propaganda of "Land of the Free" and constitution whilst Trump uses it "wipe up" after himself is just really sad.

Nice rambling word salad with a buttload of projection there.

America is in financial ruin and currently burning down because of Democratic leadership, governors, mayors and the media cheering it on so that they have a better chance of placing brain-dead Biden in power.

By Any Means Necessary.

The only way that Trump can actually fix that is to over-reach the powers of the Executive branch.

Which the left will promptly impeach him for.

Here is a solution for you.

Democrat-run cities and states should disband their police forces.

Then get rid of those pesky guns the citizens have.

That way no cop can EVER kill anyone again, and since guns will be illegal then nobody would have one.

And just let social Darwinism take its natural course.

For the children!!!

Or alternatively, Democrat-run cities could fire their white LEOs and replace them with black LEOs. LA might have to replace some of them with Hispanic LEOs, but the main thing is to get rid of racist whites, which would lead to citywide peace, love and understanding. Ya dig?

Since Dem-run cities like Minneapolis, NYC, Baltimore, Chicago and Detroit appoint their own police chiefs and have total authority over their police departments, there should never be another instance of police brutality.

What I can’t understand is why that hasn’t been the case already for the many decades Democrats have controlled most of the nation’s largest cities (more than 40 of the 50 largest last time I did a count). Can someone explain that to me?

Democrats control most of the nation’s largest cities and have done so for decades in most cases. There’s nothing stopping them from doing exactly as you suggest. Wait a second ... how can that be blamed on Trump? Now I’m confused.

Even your source isn't sure how many fatalities there have been hence the phrase "at least". In other words they're saying 'we don't really know how many deaths there have been, but here's enough of them to make our point.'

These aren't even the beatings. These are the regular ol' gunshots. No, the beatings are bad. Dragging and beating a female cop. Beating a small woman with boards. Stoning a man nearly to death and pummeling him. Running over people with cars intentionally.

Patriots? No, that's not what patriotism looks like. Even if there was a righteous cause for revolt or insurrection that's not what it looks like.

It depends on how you define “greatest nation.” Let’s see:
• America has the largest GDP in history (50 percent bigger than 2nd place China);
• It has the most powerful armed forces in history;
• It has treaties that commit it to defend one-quarter of the world’s nations, the greatest system of alliances in history;
• It has more political power than any nation in history;
• It has more soft power through its culture (film, TV, music, fashion, sports, etc.) than any nation in history;
• It has the most advanced science, technology and system of higher education in history;
• It owns almost half of all satellites in Earth orbit;
• It’s the world’s leading producer of oil and gas, at least before the pandemic, and the No. 1 producer and exporter of refined petroleum products pre-pandemic;
• It has the largest, most sophisticated infrastructure in history (No. 1 in miles of roads, rail lines and pipelines; and number of airports and heliports);
• It’s the only nation that has landed men on the moon, and it did it six times, the first time more than 50 years ago;
• It’s the only nation that’s done flybys of Uranus, Neptune and Pluto, and the only one to orbit Mercury;
• The rest of the world has transmitted a grand total of 20 seconds of useless data from the surface of Mars, while U.S. landers and rovers have operated a total of just under 40 years on Mars;
• The United States has far more Olympic gold, silver and bronze medals than any other nation, including every permutation of Russia/USSR;
• Always at or near the top of world rankings of most generous people per capita;
• Remittances from the United States are more than all the official development aid in the world;
• At least four times more immigrants than 2nd place Germany.

I could go on and on. Compared to every other nation or empire that has been deemed “great” at one time or other, I think the United States compares favorably. Every one of the other greats had its share of faults and problems. Now whether or not this nation lasts another 10 years is debatable at this point. We’ve done some terrible things and have enormous problems. But overall, we haven’t done badly in a little over 243 years. I hope we can muddle our way through the current crises and problems bedeviling us. I like our chances for dominating or at least doing very well off-Earth — the industrialization of outer space and exploiting the seemingly infinite resources of the Solar System. We shall see ...
