All just a political narrative pushed for political points.

Some people get it....

What's the end-game though?

I mean honestly, I'm asking!

If the protests "need" to turn violent, then why?

There are already laws against what that cop did.
There are already laws against acts of racism.

What is the purpose of turning violent?

In the case of the US I honestly don't know. I believe there is an umderground movement to destabilise the US but that wasn't my point.

I was simply addressing the point that armed insurrection is a valid thing, not saying it was valid in the US.

I understand that, and indeed, it does look more like an insurrection rather than a protest.

I'm just curious as to what end.

No one seems to have an answer.

The answer, unless it comes to a close, can only be usurpation of the rule of law.

Watch if the only states carrying this on are of a particular colour, and I don't mean racial.

I guess we will see, they hold the cards, they can stop and become the voice of reason or carry on and become the fighters of freedom. It's a mess, but a political mess.

All jokes aside... Serious problem, that needs to be resolved immediately.

Well, as tightly packed in there as they are, yelling and screaming for hours, resolution should start in 5 days to 2 weeks (if the fearmongering that was used to excuse infringement on Constitutional Rights and the destruction of the US economy is to be believed.)

Add to that... soon it will be fire season in the usual places. More catastrophe to fill in the time before November. Plus your right.... we should see a tenfold increase in virus in the next short while begin to manifest. Someone in the government must have a handle on who the ringleaders of this are and had ought to eliminate them.

Maybe, like I mentioned in another thread, politicians should be more interested in looking after their people than looking after their party.

A watershed moment for politicians perhaps.

Seems a good place for this one.

This magic bus had all sorts of party prizes for those just wanting to riot instead of peacefully protest. But that is okay right?

I hope the IRS is keeping a list of corporate entities inciting and supporting the riots.

It’d be a real shame if someone decided to investigate allegations of decades of tax fraud.

You are obviously referring to the governing of China. That is NOT a governorship, and something the left prefers for America?

Nope. Referring to the U.S. government. They should fear the people of this nation.

I would rather the Government fear the people than the people, any people, fear the government.

What is this unarmed insurrection disguised as a protest supposed to accomplish (I agree with you).

You don't need twitter to read a twitter post.

But let me help... the link is from the Columbus Ohio police account.

The tag is...

This bus was stopped yesterday at Broad St. & 3rd due for obstruction of traffic. There was a suspicion of supplying riot equipment to rioters.

Detectives followed up w/a vehicle search today & found: bats, rocks, meat cleavers, axes, clubs & other projectiles.

Charges pending.

Link should have opened as a webpage. But maybe it didn’t.

From the link beforehand.

They have destroyed many articles , statues , and monuments of history .
Now , they have concentrated on destroying another part of history .
The Dream of the Rev. Martin Luther King , Jr.
I am sorry , sir , we kept your dream going for many of a decade and even elected an African American to the highest office in the United States of America....

I don't believe the protest is a disguise. There are stupid people out there that will use anything to be able to act like maniacs. I actually believe in this protest, and I think that all of our leaders are in a position as to where they have to listen.

As for the rioters and looters, let them be damned for trying to stain a movement that everyone was behind until the rioters and looters got involved. The protest is still worth it.

If a person broke into my home or business to take what is mine, to harm my family, I would shoot them.

Period.

End of discussion.

You might have to.
The Alt-Left is now trying to defund the Police...and appears to support police being hunted down and killed.
