First of all, I still have enough hope in our military leadership that they will not participate in Trump's stupidity.

And before you have apoplexy over "DA COMMANDER IN CHIEF" they don't have to obey illegal orders.

You are really gonna still push this?

It doesnt matter if a cop using excessive force that a reasonable person could see could possibly lead to a death if that death was only caused by underlining conditions.

If I kick a pregnant woman in the stomach, and that woman was pregnant, and i didnt know she was pregnant, that doesnt mean I am not responsible for the death of that child becayuse I didnt know she was pregnant.

My big worry there is prosecutorial overreach, either out of an overzealous desire to take revenge or out of an intentional desire to miscarry justice for political goals.

Maybe this whole thing was a massive conspiracy to equate "protest" with "riot"

Since there sure isn't anything even remotely peaceful about these "protests".

Its my opinion, based on the actions they have taken.

Heck they already are claiming with no evidence that this is white nationalists rioting, so its clear they care more about blaming trump than solving the problem.

And it explains how inexplicably they left left wing terrorists overrun their cities multiple days in a row, thereby forciung trump to act so they could blame him as militant.

And merely watching any of these left wing terrorists, you can see they intentionally provoke a response by the police, only then to scream and cry they are a victim of police brutality.

So no doubt they are waiting to get fired up over a cop killing someone so they can blame the police

Juts like when the spread the hands up dont shoot lie to blame an innocent cop darren wilson.

But if they charge you with Murder 1 for it, you stand a good chance of getting off nonetheless because the charge wouldn't fit the crime. Yes, you were responsible for the wrongful death of the child and deserve justice be done for that, but you didn't commit murder in the first degree.

That's why so many bad cops appear to walk - the charges don't fit the crime.

Illicit fentanyl and its analogues are very dangerous synthetic opioids, with high abuse potential and severe adverse effects including coma and death.

That right there is reasonable doubt.

Yes, but no one doubts that Chauvin bears some responsibility and deserves to serve time. If nothing else, he was negligent of not noticing Floyd's distress and taking steps. The man was unresponsive for a considerable length of time. Certainly enough to it to have been noticed.

Chauvin was either completely callous or intentionally negligent.

Its not murder one, i agree. This was not premeditated from the evidence available, unless they have something we dont see.

But he murdered george floyd, so murder three or manslaughter for sure.

Honestly, this only adds to the hysteria.

Floyd seemed sedated in the videos. No reason to be choked to death with a knee. Dude couldn’t move being handcuffed and on his stomach.

It was unnecessary. Should it provoke riots — no.

But I think we all know who is provoking those....

Because he had an acute case fentanyl intoxication.

Not like cops can do bloodwork on the streets or know medical history.

National Guard already in 26 or 27 States. I think many cities are instructing police to "give them space" therefore the rioters have a longer reach 💣

They could also use the Coast Guard Shore Patrol because the Coast Guard is no longer under "Posse Comitatus" 😎

The officials returned fire after they were shot at.

Cops are being assaulted too, and one Federal security guard was murdered.

The security guard shot and killed during Friday night’s unrest in Oakland has been identified as David Patrick Underwood of Pinole.

Underwood, 53, was identified Sunday by the FBI. A second guard was also shot and wounded. Both were working as contract security officers for the Department of Homeland Security
