Beach "blob" Identified

SANTIAGO, Chile, (Reuters) -- Chilean scientists said on Friday their study of a huge blob of flesh found on a Pacific beach about three weeks ago concluded it was the carcass of a sperm whale, ending speculation of a giant octopus.

Hate to say it but that pic looks enhanced to me look where the 'carcass" meets the seas, its see through.

I was disapointed too to just see it was a plain old whale and not some new jellyfish thing or some totaly new species.

It looked like one of those creatures from the movie, "The Abyss."

i've seen a few pictures ov the carcus and all look slightly different...

perhaps a conspiracy. ( cue music duh duh duhhhh..)

I don't think they'll make a conspiracy over something as small as this. I too was disappointed to find that iot was just a stupid whale.
