Well of course they are, but they aren't liable for the content posted on their site because they fall under a certain provision in that law that ensures they are also not becoming a publisher of said content.

Easy example, ATS is a publisher, not a platform.

i said nothing about bannning books, your the one spinning it.

i said he was inciting and teaching. and as i asked why give out the info during a riot, if he didn't intend to incite and cause destruction and possible death?

Federal Prosecutors say it is.

Oh, yeah, those guys are never wrong.

his words,

‘I am trying to give y’all good information on weapons, armaments that you might need later on,” he said on Facebook.

'Later on'? Not specific enough. If he would have said, 'During the protests' it's a different story. A halfway decent attorney will argue that.

it also has a video of him saying this.

Still not specifically saying to use this during a riot.

who is gonna need napalm to defend themselves in a riot?

The question should be 'is having napalm illegal'.

plus it seems he is basically homeless living in a red roof inn. think he might have a axe to grind.

You can't indict people for being pissed.

so his passion for helping others includes

I may have helped my friends make napalm using the Anarchist's Cookbook.

Huh? Where did I mention banning books to you? I was speaking to someone else who was quoting another poster who also wasn't you. Pay attention.

That's all well and good but it still is not relative to the book banning comment. They aren't the government.

I wasn't allowed to eat cereal as a kid, too much sugar. Which is probably why I may have made all those incendiary and explosive devices, it was my rebelling.

Put the POS below the jail. Anybody that gets hurt or killed anywhere in the country by this and this guy should be charged.

I was just simply pointing out that tweety pie enjoys a protected status regarding liability, a protected status they are violating.

No worries, it's his M.O., he posts non sequiturs since he can't address the topic.

Look at the positive side to this. He'll get three hots and a cot while he waits for whatever charges to be filed or dropped.

There is a grim humor to the technically challenged evil doers trying to make dangerous things with less-than-complete detailed instructions, e.g., the Weather Underground NYC bomb factory in 1970. Now we wait to see if anyone manages to immolate themselves while mixing the Napalm and simultaneously discovering how far hydrocarbon vapors can travel to an ignition source.

The CIA has distributed instructions on how to make napalm (with several different recipes) since the 1960's. They should arrest them, too.

Also, the name "napalm" is a dead giveaway.

I personally blame those who thought of the idea of a sticky substance that burns fiercely and is hard to put out, and is distributed, on fire, by explosives. They were some patriots sick puppies!
