Belief in it diminishes if ALL* who are meant to be guided or led are not guided and led EQUALLY & RESPONSIBLY

Once you choose to favor sides instead being FOR ALL* you are chosen to lead you automatically develop division-rejection & doubt of your cause secretly


Leadership-
Underestimating the potential of those YOU are chosen to lead

Enhances that rejection which then can APPEAR manifested as Enemies


Leadership-
The manifestations of Enemies NEVER had to develop at all

Ignorance/hate and bitterness projected from the top leadership
now is being REFLECTED back from those who feel left and LOST


Obligations and responsibilities on the shoulders and mind of a Leader that if not true in leadership can tear the leadership and all those associated apart

These are times a TRUE Leader must mature and decide to do what is relevant to them and their influences or what is right for ALL* from the heart

Some know how to lead themselves and do so accordingly

Some still require guidance, assistance in POSITIVE direction in order to prevent them from going in direction of darkness and they may also require help in the darkness to see brighter pathways for ALL* that lead out of darkness

To take the lead and not assist them leaves their negative outcomes on your hands...Bro

This is where compassion and care for others comes into play.

And also a heightened level of awareness to be conscious of ALL* those dependent on YOU for guidance.

A cold heart/spirit surrounded by darkness won't sense & lead them or acknowledge them after sensing them at all. In turn projecting out the same energy that Existence shall Mirror/Reflect back upon the...

The kingdom of our conciousness manifests in selfishness. Whereas our heart fails to recognize any such barriers. So its not a matter of saying this or that needs correcting. Its a matter of opening our heart to our conciousness and our conciousness to our heart. Living in love instead of living in fear and grasping.

The heart is like a dove. That cannot be heard above the roar of the lion. One must teach the lion how to behave.
