I'd expect Flynn's lawyer needs to file a petition that, in essence, says "Yo Sully, how about that dismissal?"

I hope we get to see these "bombshell" Strzok notes that were unsealed and given to the Flynn defense team yesterday. They were recovered by Barr's "ObamaGate" investigating U.S. attorney in Missouri. Maybe they confirm that General Flynn's son was threatened. Sidney Powell was going to request that these notes be made public today.

Yup!!! Also, Obama directed Comey to "put the right people" on the Flynn investigation AFTER Comey admitted the Flynn/Russian convo was, in his words, "legit". Also, Joe Biden himself was the one who brought up using the Logan Act against Flynn.
