Can you prove intent?

No, they could not prove intent, reckless disregard, or even negligence.

Now that I read a bit about what happened, it seems the symptomatic employee was wearing a mask at work. That would undermine any legal argument that there was intent/reckless disregard/negligence.

We've been told from the start that masks are primarily effective at keeping sick people from infecting others.

" I'm just curious what everyone's thoughts are on this? "

The ONLY " People " Libel for ANY Future Alleged Covid-19 Deaths in Any Country are the Chinese Communist Party . That someone would Assume any other Party be Responsible for the Deliberate Spread of this Virus is Pure Rubbish IMO .

There are lawsuits over car wrecks all the time. What a stupid argument. Yes, if sold a defective product you can use the car manufacturer. If someone with covid worked on your car and you got infected you could use the employer. It's literally their job to make sure customers are safe when doing business with them.

Obviously you miss-understand the equivalency of my statement.
