It is the new system from Berkely being used by most members of the ATS SETI@Homre team.
Check these two stickyed threads on this forum:

***ATS book entry - SETI@home - and BOINC history***

... Does anyone understand the new credit system?

I THINK, that is do NOT know, from what i've read, that it awards points ('credit') on the amount of information you process rather than just counting the work unitd you process. So credit could be issued on one point per byte or something like that.
