Not sure where you are getting your info from. I bet almost all will. Churches have expenses, they need donations, many are demanding to be allowed to open and some are even defying orders and opening anyways because they will be bankrupt if they don't.

Absolutely nothing essential about people crowding in a church, synagouge, temple or mosque. You can worship just fine from home in practically any religion. Christianity actively encourages it. If you need spiritual guidance from your holy man/woman of choice i’m almost 100% sure you don’t need to see them face to face.

Great harm can come from large concentrations of mostly older and therefore more vulnerable people.

Many churches in New York state have said they will be waiting for CDC guidance and wont be if they cant do I safely.
And I highly doubt if the catholic church will go bankrupt anytime soon..
