Odd Video - Laser Beams and Security Camera Movement

Just thought I'd share something I found entertaining on the MUFON website. No UFOs anyway, but a strangely shifting laser light and the camera getting bumped like there are squirrel commandos or something running around his rooftops. But there is no sound of them. And the source of the laser light seems to shift more than the end, which is odd. I think this is out of El Centro, Columbia.

People waste so much of our time submitting this type of junk trying to slip one past us.

One day I got a case submitted here in Canada.
The submitter captioned it "They came from Uranus"
Being half asleep I checked the image submitted with the report.
It took me a few seconds to realize what it was...
An extreme close up of someone's anus.

At a quick glance it looked like a flesh coloured disc..
But it wasnt... My God it wasn't.
Usually blatantly fake reports like that get tossed out by QA.
But, the must had thought the same thing I did.

So some guy standing on a roof pointing a laser at the bushes then moves his camera...what am I missing here???

That's what I said. I thought it was unusual. The source of the beam keeps shifting around, even more than the point of the beam itself. It's somewhere behind the camera but not always in the same spot, not as if it's just a kid with a cat laser pointer.

Who moves the camera? Are they on the roof? If so, why is there no noise or vibration?

What is going on behind the camera?

(I get it. You don't care. Fine.)

and shines a lazer from behind it.
and nocks the camra.
