By nature the claim of the scientific world would be adrenaline. One would have to be able to make a distinction between adrenaline and supernatural to rule it out. I think demons have more of a tendency to attack thoughts moreso than drive the body, though Biblically we see that it does indeed happen. What thoughts or allowances had been givento demons to seize control in the first place? I think you and I have some answers to that, just from hearing your discussion.

Very interasting sounds like a Imp lil tricksters prank pullers etc etc tho they usely come in like 5 to 10 of them at once alone they arent really a big threat.

Well for the past few months its felt liek soem one has my chest in a vise grip i can hardly take in any air its hard to Breath i take heavily breaths and it makes my dizzy if i dont it feels liek i am not getign enough air my heart keeps getign dull and sharp pains in and out some times really bad some times ok..

I am scared shacken and fearful for my freinds and my own life but other then that i live my day play D&D with my freinds magic the gathering etc etc i have fun how about you saint?

Pray for air, release from chest pains. Got it and will do. It worked for getting the demons to skitter off, so don't see why it wouldn't in this case too.

If playing games helps with holding on, by all means. I'm doing the same, besides work and college I'm on World of Warcraft most of the time. It's nice having friends to hang out with and do things together indeedy.

Demons twice, angels three times but neither on a regular basis. Never seen Hell, but met the master thereof. I think I may have seen a glimpse of heaven from two angles but it's sketchy. I don't think you're obsessed by any man made thinking, rather caught in the middle of war that most people don't realize is going on. I was in that war myself, having been blessed as a survivor. I believe you're going to be pressed to make a decision. I hope and pray it is the good one, the right one.

I don't think we could possibly grasp the concept of a demon in physical form (as in Hollywood movies, etc.) The same with our own souls, I believe we are shapeless by definition and otherworldly. I think the recognition of our loved ones as in form of soul is emotionally based, we see them as we want to see them. Blind people can recognize loved ones by sense, pure emotion. Hoping any of this makes sense, in regards to demons, I think we've all had our experiences witnessing them. I think we've all "seen" them, or more so I think we've all recognized them (in human form).

How many times have you gotten the sickening feeling of evil in the presence of someone ? Times you've watched America's Most Wanted and seen a picture of a suspect and just said to yourself "that guy just looks evil". Demon's transgress through humans I believe, they have the power (if you let them) to take the wheel. The true essence of evil can be recognized spiritually/ emotionally making us aware we are in it's presence. It is then that we must turn to our Lord and ask for His protection. Who knows maybe there are people out there like "Constantine" who have the gift of actually seeing them.

she was just watching a reality t.v. show I don't know which one but sshe said it was tiny as in child like. Small like a toddler it was all black and it's eyes were greenish yellow. She says it had a small roundish face with big pointed ears.

We were in the bed and all of a sudden, there was this mysterious light that started coming together at the foot of the bed and the room got so cold it wasn't funny.
I was wide awake and she is still there sleeping when I put my hand on her shoulder and woke her up and telling her at the same time to be quiet. She and I just about had a fit because all this time, the circle of light at the foot of the bed had been coming together in the form of a human face.
The diameter of this circle of light was slightly larger than human head.
We were actually paralized with sheer terror.
This circle of light had finally come together over a period of about 30 seconds which to us seemed like an eternity. She was so scared, she hid under the covers and I did not know wether to sheet or go blind at this point. This life like human head had lit up the whole bedroom with its soft but strong light. It was as intense as a 150watt lamp.
It started talking to us and telling us that we must leave because the house had been during the war, a hospital for the wounded Confed. troops. It said that(from what we could peice together later that morning) we were distrubing the souls of the ones who died in that house as a result of being wounded.
We noticed that he in every sense had acted like a gentelman and even spoke with a strong Southeren accent. The light had started to dissapate just as fast as it had assembled itself. We didn't know what to do after this little episode. We were both afraid to do anything but just lay there and look at each other while this thing formed. Now at this time, we started hearing from the upstairs bedroom, a series of sounds like you would hear in a hospital setting like the sounds and cries of people who were screaming from pain and agony.
We laid there for the rest of the night hearing all of these sounds and cries for a doctor to help with the troops.
To wind this story down, she went and looked up the history on this Civil War era home and found much to our surprise that indeed this house was in fact a field hospital during the war. We kept dating and eventually married with no children. After that night we would not go in it at night and she never slept there any more. I had her move in with me while she was selling the house. We both vowed to never go into the house again.
We did not even go in to move her stuff out and over to my place. I had to hire a moving crew to actually go in. I was not going back in there for anything!
The movers having finished doing their job came back to us for their pay and they told us the whole time they were in the house they had to put on sweatshirts in the dead of summer. They couldn't figure out why it was so cold in there.
From time to time, I reflect back to this for a reality check. It was really weird. It was so cold that night when the face appeared at the foot of the bed that our feet were like we had just been standing in ice. It made me look at things that go bump in the night in a whole different light and attitude and actually led me in the quest for the truth.

That's not a demon, a demon is a dark entity not a lighted figure that helps you

Thanks for the details. I don't have a match with my experiences but do have a few incidences where physical form was arbitrary. In other words, whatever form is most effective is typically the one that is used. Could the devil have horns, tail and a red cape? Sure, but certainly not limited to that image. Being that it's now popular, it may seem less frightening or mysterious, but would certainly cause others to doubt a person's experience if they re-tell it. Fear is usually accompanied with surprise...meaning being something unexpected. That's an effective tool. Physics is another. If he can make things happen that don't follow natural laws, that's also a plus in his book if he can relate it to his power. Often times when there's an encounter, there's no question as to what you're facing. The devil does not need to say "I am the devil", you know already. A demon does not have to say "I am evil", it's known on sight...and sometimes even before sight or unseen. Hope this helps. Pray for your friend, have your friend pray, God can save the soul making it a futile effort for those who try to take it or shake it.

One of the more confusing events for me was a demon in my house. It made no sense, a total waste of time and energy. It knew full well it could do nothing to me, so what's the deal? Well, it wasn't there for me. Also, never assume they have NO influence. Be spiritually armed and ready with God at the helm, Christ as a shield and the Word as your armor.

When someone says, I think a demon is attacking me, and most Christians say, pray in the name of Jesus, and it will go away, we give evil power

By doing this, it is an agreement with that person that they in fact, do, have a demon, and they have just agreed with the demon, in the name of Jesus.

Jesus talked about praying, saying that when we ask for something, and we believe He has answered our prayer, then we will receive what we ask for.

Sounds easy right?

Put a marble on the table, and believe you can move it.
We have to learn how to believe. This is blind faith.
Where we get to the point where when we ask for something, it becomes reality.

But this will only happen, if we are asking to fulfill God's plan, which is for that none of us perish.

Thought, becomes belief. Belief, becomes reality.
Think about the good things of God, and give evil no thought.
We should tell people, believe only in God, and demons have no power. And explain the power of thought, and how our thoughts can form into reality.

This is how we battle evil, and increase faith, according to my understanding of the bible.

We don't have a battle. We beat our weapons into ploughshares and rely on God for our defense.

Unless you want demons in your life.

there are many types of demons. Just like in the new testament. I think I have seen many demons living inside of people. I have seen alot of bad things in people. So there are DEMONS and there are demons. I think both can be bad.

Hey sly, I'd be interested in hearing more details about these incidents. I know I've shared some in the past and have been criticized, but I think in this case Vash and I believe you and it would be of great benefit relating those experiences to other researchers.

One person saw shadows dancing on the walls near her computer.

Another person had her throat grabbed and clenched while she was praying.

And my friend/carpool buddy for church was once studying, and out of the corner of his eye he saw a goat's head staring at him. When he turned his head to focus on it, it disappeared.

A church member from Taiwan started praying and could not stop praying. Then his voice became very beast-like and his body became possessed. The pastors at that church were able to drive the demon out in time.

Where is this church? must have the highest concentration of mentally disturbed people - are you sure its a church and not a mental hospital?

Yeah that happens to everyone - see things out the cormer of your eye that vanish when looked upon, this is just an illusion. Or he might have been studying in a animal park that had goats.

Makes no sense - if he were praying why would a demon come into your church and attack a person praying to a god or was it just a show so that the priests could look cool pretending to drive out a demon.

Well for the one that I most remember. I was on the bus once. I was reading the bible. Someone sat next to me. Now I remember thinking something was wrong with this person. I swear even though I should not this happen. I start praying right then and there. The more I got in spirit the more I notice that the man became fidgety. The more I notice, the more I jump in spirit. After so long this man could not take anymore, he jump up in the air, and ran, I mean full spead ran off the bus.

This happen. about two years. ago. I would never forget what happen. It just seam the more I got in spirit, the more the man could not take it. It was a crazy moment for me. And this is the first time I talk about it to anyone.

I think if I was the guy that sat next to you I would be off that bus like a rat out of an aqueduct as well. I mean sitting next to some nutter that starts acting strange and starts praying next to you gettting more and more agitated and praying heavily - you would be thinking TERRORIST, gonna blow up this bus, I'm getting the hell off before I'm splattered acoss 400m2 of road.

No wonder he sprinted off the bus.
