The point SHOULD be; NO ONE should control speech or free expression.

Our Constitution places that limitation on the government, not corporations.

Corporations who's leadership obeys the same ideological totems as the leftist politicians act as their proxies.

That's your perspective that seems as corrupted as ever by the false dichotomy of "right/left."

Mine is that companies have the right to set their policies as they choose within the limits of the Constitution and reasonable laws.

It's the end-run around Constitutional constraints.

Government proxies can censor all they want and they are supported by those who obey the same ideological stances.

Not a perspective at all. There have been several instances of Democrats in Congress calling for censorship and even threatening silicon valley for not censoring what they don't like.

And NO I am not looking it up for you.

Sadly I doubt much will happen. It's all talk and no this isn't about being for or against Trump (I'm in the middle), it's about politicians always saying this from the Republican side and not doing anything about it. Give me results or I'll just brush it off as nothing more than talk.

What is leftist about highly capitalist corporations doing what they deem appropriate for themselves without government intervention?

(hint: nothing).

Y'all have gotten into some really obscure and revisionist definitions of 'leftist'. All of a sudden center-right corporatist politicians and extremely capitalist organizations demanding private rights that 'the right' once touted non-stop are now 'leftist'? More upside down world.

I don't care how much money someone has, if they follow leftist, authoritarian tenets, then they're ideologically evil leftist meat-twinkies.

We have this superfast way to communicate what we want, but we still allow people to
"represent" us.
That needs to change.

This is the big mistake. Other people can't be trusted with that power anymore.
The system is corrupted.

"Look at what my cat just did!! Lol!!"

Honestly, I wouldn't expect you to be able to backup your claims nor would I ask. In my experience, your posts are and have been riddled by blatant partisanship, and thus, typically, I just ignore them as zero-content.

Once upon a time, those of others were not.

I find it interesting that we very nearly agree 100% on that point.

Well said.

First off how is a private company running their propriety with a left wing bias illegal?

2ed, the government needs to keep out of how private business choose to run their propriety.

You apparently don't care about what 'leftist' even means either. But hey, have fun with the hyper-partisan promotion of an authoritarian fascist government taking control of private enterprise.

I don't think there is a right wing anymore.

It's a trump wing now. And anything trump says goes.

Oh I can agree with that. Especially as so many of the traditional right wing tenets have been abandoned since Trump rolled his way onto the stage.
