Update on MIM's "Street Talk"

This is not really new, but the update on my street talk is this:
When entering a foreign land, one must be quarantine for 2 weeks, but here is the new update on this. One will be anchored with a tracking device. A heavy fine and or imprisonment will follow (most likely what your position is in society ) depending on factors.
Remember we have heat censors and thermometers at the airports, no one 5 months ago would have foreseen that.
Well, embrace for the new foreign land restrictions.
Remember this is only MIM's "Street Talk" and not a prediction.

I'm locked in my house; and I don't have the passport I need to leave my neighborhood; so I wasn't going anywhere anyway.

The "new word " on the street for a domestic passport is called "papers". Don't believe, move to Moscow.
