Has me thinking republicans really wanted Biden to be the pick so a very public corruption scandal leading to Obama will be mainstream news, crushing all the hopes and dreams of anyone that believed that administration.

Legally, you'd have to ask the DoJ.

Politically, this has the potential to destroy the entire leftist movement that began with Obama's election in 2008. His reputation and that of his administration would be ruined, as would that of the entire Democrat party and the MSM that has fully bought in, if not been outright complicit in this scandal.

The predicate for the investigation was the call with the Russian Ambassador.

Some of these predate that phone call.

Was there a FISA on Flynn?
