That being said, it sure feels like a hollow victory to win because of what amounts to a small clerical error.

It is a little hollow but I think it reinforces why she shouldn't be running in the first place. If you can't get these basic things down I think it is evident she is either incompetent for the job or she didn't care enough about the job to bother getting the requirements completed to be on the primary ballot.
The house and senate arn't working much now, you would think she would have plenty of time to pay attention to these details
