Most customer service, online help is bots. You have to go through all their bs screens and suggestions until you can speak to an actual person.
AI is becoming more And more prevalent in our age.

Just sing into the phone and frustrate it enough so it sends you to a real human. Really!

If the thing does not understand you, you get redirected to a human is my experience. Always mumble into the phone, never use the keypad for the number sequence.

Having worked for customer care, sometimes a simple 0 will get you to a human as well....
