The usual suspects pareidolia

A while back I watched the movie"the usual suspects" and there is this scene that made me go hmmm.

I have seen many of these alleged hints made in movies and tv series, but I never came across this one.
I searched the Internet up and down but no one has ever mentioned this one.
I proudly bring to you my findings.

There are some number oddities while they drive that didn't ad up for me, maybe someone can make something of it.
Most interesting I found the scenes after they burn the police car.

First what does 14PCT mean on the police car? Is that an actual thing?
Then
All the numbers on the car ad up to 23. There has definitely been a hype around 23 being some sort of secret code at some point.

Could PCT mean PiCTure, 14 pct or 5 pictures to follow?

At 2.57 exactly there is this black guy in the crowd on the very left giving a sort of go signal(just seems a strange reaction, doesn't really fit)

Next cut we have a 9 on the firefighters helmet

And in the next cut there are (if I counted correctly) 11 people in the small crowd bottom left, and/or 11 cars of which we see all the wheels.

Next cut seems pretty much self explanatory, two birds flying towards and past the twin towers.

In the first cut after the burning car there is a first responder with a watch but the resolution is way to low, at least in this youtube vid. maybe someone has that movie and is able to see the hour.

So we have 9/11 and the twin towers, but I'm probably seeing things again where there are none.

And don't forget you heard it here first...

There are many examples like this.

I remember in a lot of Disney or a different animated movie I would catch the number 323. I remember Donald Ducks car had like 313 as a license plate all the time in the comics.

Maybe it is just to make it interesting for conspiracy theorists? There is money to earn...

I think that 'seeing numbers' is not actually pareidoilia, which more properly relates to our image recognition mechanisms.

It is a form of apophenia called 'gamblers fallacy' or 'clustering illusion'.

But it's not an illusion. As a person that spends to much time at the holdem tables and track I have had and witnessed "streaks" that defy explanation. Call it quantum entanglement if you wish, or a supernatural occurrence; but the laws of probability sometimes get suspended. You can feel the majic in the air, But like they say...Know when to holdem, know when to foldem, know when to walk away, know when to run!

There are statistical studies to back it up....Some people just have the mojo. My GF has it; she will go months and not stepfoot in a casino, then out of the blue she will sometimes drive 100mi to a particular casino to play when there is one 5 min. from the house. Spooky!!

So what you're saying is, that the film writers, producers and director and whoever else, were in on a 9/11 conspiracy? Like what, they knew about it years in advance??!!!???

I really dont understand how people believe that for some reason people that make films were in on 9/11.
Like why would they be?

I'm not saying anything just putting out my observation.

I have my theories of how a subculture that holds a firm grasp on the art of entertainment plays a big role in the control of the plebs. But I guess that is a topic for another thread...
