My personal philosophy doesn't look at everything through the same eyes.

I do not subscribe to a Judeo/Christan world view. I see this planet much like a grade in school. Lets say its the 3rd grade.

The idea is to complete the work of the 3rd grade, acquiring skills and insights preparing you for the work in the 4th grade.

The classroom remains the same...theres 2nd graders movin up.

Have you ever looked into tax foreclosures? Sometimes you can get a decent property for a decent price that way. All I ever wanted was 4 corners of dirt to call my own, and eventually found it, though the county. Had to do some due diligence to be sure before purchase, but ended up w/ 20 acres for $4300
