I love your comical retelling of your bug bites. LOL

I had no idea that dragonflies bit people. They always seemed so harmless.

I never had any idea dragonflies bit people either until I got Eaten by one. I hope he enjoyed his meal as he flew away chewing on my flesh.

Bahaha! That's one of those things where it's not funny, but it is.

I had a toad pee in my hand once. Eeeew!

When I mow the grass I have my granddaughter go ahead of the riding mower picking up tree frogs and toads. She got twelve of them one time, they are all over the yard eating ticks and bugs. As long as those tree frogs are in the yard, we will not have to worry about lyme disease as much, Chickens eat more than frogs and toads though, we don't have any of those, but we do have partridge come in the yard and eat.

There are some tree frogs that live around my house, salamanders too, that are not supposed to be around here. They would have to have some sort of a cave or tunnel to spend the winter in. Maybe one of the old underground springs that dried up still has an entrance to it and they live there in the winter. They could be burrowing on side of our house foundation too now, I really do not know why they are here, it never freezes within a foot of our foundation.
