When i first saw this clip, i thought it was a hoax, but it turned out to be from this documentary about glacier calvins.

I have always been intrigued by the stories of mythical beasts, roaming in the depths of the oceans, like the leviathan or kraken.
Also who could forget ol Cthulhu.

Anyways, at around 1.57 in this clip, a strange form rises from the collapsing ice, and it sure looks like a friggin mud fossil type, godzilla mega titan.

So is it just ice and whatnot, or could there actually be these gargantuan creatures hiding in this planet, perhaps hibernating?

I am going to go with mega titan.. The world shall be more mysterious and amazing for me with that thing sleeping somewhere.

Dude, it’s a frggin huge whale. You can see it’s eye lids and mouth. AWESOME!!!

Be nice to know the scale of just how large that was.

ETA: Holy crap, I just watched the rest of the video. More details on scale there. That thing was MASSIVE.

Black ice .... when the surface ice rolls the more compressed ice underneath can appear black, I think that's all this is.

I think you are right.

S&F to the OP though, great video.

Watching the video, it never moved it's mouth or eyelids. I think it is just a great illusion. Not CGI IMO.

What do these look like.

I think it is black ice.

However, if it were a whale, it is dead and frozen.

Perhaps it is Leviathan? Lots of ancient stories of an incredibly large sea creature.

Nope.

It’s clearly a massive frozen whale.

Common. Theres got to be something more interesting that the panickdemic.

I spoiled by looking ahead and saw "whale" and proceeded to see 3-4 whales during that clip.

If it is not black ice then it is clearly a USO camouflaged as a sea creature.

Food, going to need an awful lot of food
Air, going to need an awful lot of air

It’s absolutely ludicrous to imagine that as one living thing, oxygen alone to keep it alive, energy to pump blood is unfathomable, sustained life at that temperature, but

Yeah, hibernating monster giant whale for mine

Ok, I'll make an ATS type of assumption.

I remember reading somewhere, probably on these boards, that the creature that made the 'bloop' noise would have to be absolutely massive, bigger than anything we know of..... this could be that creature.

Aww c'mon, obviously it's megalodon finally caught on film.Well somebody had to say it, lol.Seriously it's probably just ice...probably being the key word.

At this stage in my life nothing surprises me so I'm going with living creature. As another poster pointed out the "bloop" noise, this very well could have been the creature, or type of, that made the sound.
