I imagine if true quite a few people would see it as just deserts.

Don't know if the nation is in any sort of shape regarding generals fighting for power all the same.

Its not like they are going to get any sorts of democratic freedom or the likes out of the Mans death, or if they do that will need to be some very big magic wand that gets wielded about.

I have read that kim likes lots of expensive aged cheese and wine. Great combo for clogging the arteries. A little cheese is not bad for you, but too much can lead to a lot of problems, especially aged cheeses.

The guy is only 36, fat or not, he probably received/is receiving the best of care, or an approximation of such.

So is there something else going on other than just complications after surgery?

Might have been an assassination attempt of sorts i suppose.
