Apparently he murdered a female police officer from the community before he was taken down.

Don't really trust police to begin with lol. Wouldn't doubt it really.

As long as you also in general distrust people..

You know, like the waste of flesh criminal in the OP.

General people don't have "state authority" to detain, assault and kidnap people like cops do. Anyone else tries that # just shoot em.

Not trying to derail the thread.
I hold criminals accountable for their actions.
You blame cops.

We arent going to agree since the reality is some place in the middle.

Yeah. Not the cops fault. The shooter is an entitled old guy, mad about a parking lot.

Do you have a link to this info? Seems very specific. Do you know anyone involved? I'm in Halifax following this and this is the first info like this I have heard. Thanks!

Fair enough! Definitely not saying you are wrong. I do appreciate the insight into this tragedy.

A sad day for Nova Scotia.

Definitely not the norm for the small towns that were affected.

Entirely messed up and deeply crushing to anyone affected.
When I say this I mean no disrespect; but it reminds me of agent 47 (hitman videogame) the whole description and actions of the man... like he was playing it in real life.

Just an observation, always interested to know what “flips” those peoples switch....

Can you elaborate on the "mad about a parking lot"?

Because this seems way over the top for that.

Just mean were there more issues with police or something, or has he always been "not all there".

Sorry to all the families of the officers.

How do you go from THIS to killing spree? You're just always a psychopath, probably.

Is this the guy you're talking about?

N. S. killer

Why do these situations always happen in Canada?

They happen everywhere.

Why do you think they only happen in Canada?

Dunno, we seem to have a lot of lone crazy gun men who try to run off into the woods and play rambo.
