The "Pee Tapes" were Russian disinfo, and the FBI has known this for over 3 years.

I'm sure we all remember how certain posters were salivating over the prospect that tapes might emerge showing hookers peeing on Trump.

Sorry, but that story has now officially been taken behind the barn and shot. A bunch of newly-declassified footnotes to the Justice Department IG's report reveal that:

Revealed: FBI Ignored Warnings that Infamous ‘Pee Tape’ Claim Was Russian Disinformation

Russian intelligence made up that story as a form of election meddling (but... but... but.. weren't the Russians supposed to be on Trump's side ?!?!?!?! )

What's worse, the FBI has known this as least as far back as February of 2017, but withheld that knowledge. It's not hard to guess why: if one part of Steele's Dossier was shown to be just a sophomoric hoax that he accepted uncritically, then that would necessarily throw Steele and his entire dossier into disrepute.

The FBI new that 50%+ of the Dossier was made up by Steele and the most of the rest he gathered as Russian disinformation. These were out in the open all a long in even Steele said early much of the dossier was not based on facts. Much of the Russian disinformation were Steele's "creditable sources" that in the end I think he had zero for anything in there.

Regardless of names, times dates etc.
