Imagine Amazon warehouses full of those. No more bitching and whining about working conditions or the fact they expect you to actually work for your pay.

The government gets dividends from all the businesses, mfg returns, Displaced workers get paid by the government just like they are now, but the government is flush with cash from owning a percent of every business..

You won't need a tax base to generate revenue because the return on these investments should generate an ever growing hunk of revenue.

Duh!

You obviously don't understand basic economics...

Robotics have and will continue to impact more and more jobs. Up until now the only people that have benefited are the owners of the companies. Think there should be system where the more hours robots work the less hours humans work. Without loss of pay or rewards.

Of cause the rich are not interested in rewarding the plebs anything. So there is that.

As someone who has actually worked with automation and robotics I can say a lot of yall thinking this is actually viable have no idea and are living in a fantasy.

Using robots and automation won't get rid of people. It will actually cause a need for more technically skilled people to repair and maintain robotic and automated systems.

If anything it will offset the people who have no skills and stand around all day writing numbers down and pushing buttons.

So, the real question would be what are all of the unskilled workers going to do when they find they actually have no skills?
