I agree with you, judging from the reactions of governments around the world, especially the US government.
My hobby is judging the propaganda as delivered by mainstream media. It seems to me the fear mongering and terrorizing by the US media has been off the scale. It is so similar to the style and message delivered regarding 911.
Judging from media behavior over all these weeks, this is another inside job of some sort, sold 24/7 by the government and media.
