Does anyone else feel like they're in a bunker like in the Fallout games? Don't mean a literal bunker, but similar concept. For those who don't know, each bunker in the Fallout games was it's own form of social experiment. Each one creating different scenarios to observe the human condition. In the real life comparison which I'm making the bunkers are replaced by states and countries applying different means to combat the virus, each making sometimes drastically different decisions on what nonsense to put the populace through. It's almost like several different experiments to see how we react to different restrictions and pressures.

I'm in whichever one has a higher level of socialism, a lower level of freedom and paranoia out the ass.

Yes, but what specific things are you aware of that your state is pushing that others aren't?

Then again I'm not sure what Ohio is pushing that's specific to Ohio, but it seems like every other day we learn something crazy or bizarre that some state or country is pushing, almost like, to see what happens or what they can get away with.

It's like several isolated experiments.

Curfews, narc'ing on your neighbors or businesses, prohibiting travel.

I'm sure other states are doing these as well but we get them all.

Vault 81 so far, but I could see my wife staging a revolt like in 111.

Edit: for those that don't want to Google the vaults:

Vault 81 was intended to find the cures for all known diseases by secretly experimenting on its inhabitants—by infecting them with those diseases. However, in a surprising twist, the Overseer of Vault 81 wasn't actually an evil prick and prevented most of the medical scientists from ever entering the vault. She then sealed off the rest of the scientists from the population permanently. The scientists were pretty good sports about it, honestly, and carried on studying diseases for the rest of their lives, and not on unwilling human subjects. Best of all, they created Curie, a very nice robot with a French accent who can accompany you on your travels.

and

Vault 111: Cryogenics doesn't sound like a bad idea at all for surviving an atomic war underground, but only if you actually inform the vault residents about it first. Naturally, Vault-Tec didn't, instead saying the pods were for decontamination. Surprise! You're an ice cube.

Due to a short-sighted lack of supplies, the non-frozen staff eventually staged a mutiny.

I think we're all in Vault 19...

Red vs Blue: a war as old as time. Vault 19 was separated into red and blue sections accessible only to those with the correct color keycards, most likely as an experiment to see how the different colored teams might interact with (turn on) each other.

Unfortunately, a novel virus sulfur leak from caverns below the vault caused the inhabitants to abandon it before they could completely devolve into the violence and murder that seems to be the desired outcome of many of Vault-Tec’s experiments.

Ha, that would depend if you have your Alexa, Siri, Cellphone, or Smart TV recording everything you do 24/7.

Im in the bunker that's owned by a multibillion dollar corporation bunker, like all the other bunkers around the world.

The Bunker we are in has declared. only essential bunkers can stay open.
Like..
fast-food.
lumber yards.
Laundromats.
construction... got to have pretty houses.
yard service... grass wont stop growing.
So all the people in the little bunkers are begging for food and government help programs.

In the mean time our little bunker that's owned by the multibillion dollar corporation bunker stays open.

we've had a few careers inside our control room. all the symptoms, no leaks on the outside,we've all survived without making any formal adjustments to the ecosystem inside the Corporation.

I stay outside making delivery's of essential merchandise "construction" that makes someone's house pretty while their in quarantine...I feel safer outside.

The only way we keep our sanity is with the logic ,well at least we have a major multibillion dollar corporation on our side,
while we are out there everyday running from something we cant see keeping our multibillion dollar bunker CEOs happy while they hide behind their laptops.
