There’s an innate light in every one of us. When you’re depressed and anxious it’s because you’ve strayed from that. And the solution is easy. All you have to do is reacquaint yourself with it. Or if you have no experience with that inside light, discover it for the first time.

Go for a walk, watch the wind blow through the trees, and feel it. Feel the energy that’s inside you. Play with your kids, meditate, love someone. All of those things bring us back to the source. And none of it costs a dime. It’s always there, waiting for us. No matter what else we go through.

I think a lot of us let the world make us forget who we really are inside. Which is why it’s important to remind yourself of it every chance you get. Absorb positive music and art. Read the right books. Once you genuinely see that God exists inside you and all around you, you never lose that. And there will be nothing that can happen to you that will make that fade away.

Thank you for that. I might add, light some candles, put on some 528 hz meditation music and take a long hot bath.
