P@ATS is down?

P@ATS seems to be down, the page attempts to load for a second but then comes up with a blanks screen, ATS and BTS both work.

Is this just me or a full scale thing?

edit: you can ignore me now, everythings working fine now, but it did go down for about 10minutes.
