Yeah of course, although something does tell me a bigger event is on way, Trump was talking to the world when he said in two weeks (fortnite) things will get much worse before we see light at the end of the tunnel, which seems to me like a big f king clue.

Full time reservist on the A-10 in a joint unit with Active Duty, the only deployment dates on the books has been there for 6 months.

Why is this odd? Did you even google anything?

CAF has lots of ongoing commitments including flying army boys around. Me thinks nothingburger here.

After reading my replay, I apologize I came off rude, just blew my mind to think one Costco store could feed everyone or be an indication that we have food abundance

And the word abundance gets me because I don’t think the planet has ever had that, maybe where we live we can throw out more than we eat

Really
What country is suffering famine at the moment
We have never had as much food on the planet as we have now

maybe a little research would go a long way

We have food in abundance, bless gmo

Yeah, political strife as opposed to famine by crop failure

www.huffpost.com...

Read the scientific reports not the one or two bylines that sell you some charity begging for money
Countries are not starving from famine but political turmoil.
There is more food than ever before

Mind you, I was thinking famine meant lack of food from crop failure not political turmoil though I think that’s irrelevant

There is more than adequate food on the planet, especially in the West, wealthy countries

Famine is famine. You did not put a parameter on your definition.

There is lots of food...but lots of hunger as well. Just look at food bank usage in the US.

I know, that’s why I said I was mistaken, did you not get that in my previous post
Should I have said it twice, thrice, bolder

Irrelevant though, as you are probably ignorant of the previous conversation, with the individual I was discussing this with, you know the conversation where someone said there was a food shortage on the earth.
A food shortage when clearly the earth is not suffering a food shortage re previous conversation with an entirely different person
Check the link I posted

Yes, again, misunderstood what “famine” meant. I can live with that

See I patted you on the back, well done 👍

Because people in certain areas (urban) decided it was necessary the first couple weeks before “lockdown” to buy thousands of dollars in disinfectant, wipes, diapers, TP, paper towel, water, rice, vinegar, flour, sugar, etc. So certain areas were left with nothing. Then before “lockdown” my company at least; freaked out and thought we needed to have only “essential” items on trucks.....now after lockdown with only 100 people allowed in the doors at once. (Compared to the usual 400-700 a half an hour) We are receiving enough stock to meet the “regular” demand, with the heightened supply. However as a result things like fresh produce are marked down substantially because we simply have TOO much

Not a prediction but a friend of mine in the army has received a deployment date of April 20th, no details could be anywhere in Canada.

Seems odd, military is standing “ready” but to have a planned date of deployment seems like too much foreshadowing...

Possibly, as part of the “plan”, people are going to be freaking out by then, compared to now

(Wait till the food is gone....) you think toilet paper matters?

Anyways, stay safe, prepare for the worst and if nothing happens then you are in a better position anyways

For at least three weeks, personnel have been told to work from home if possible, stop travelling abroad for business or personal reasons, and stop attending or hosting public events.

In a March 13 letter to civilian defence employees, Thomas said the pandemic was not expected to impact Canada as severely as other countries, but “it is prudent and responsible to plan as if the full brunt of COVID-19 will reach us soon.

Pandemic response teams? On tv news, I’ve heard they’ll be ready to go anywhere to help out, logistics, quarantine control if needed.......

Although who really knows......

Sad, one of the most self consumed nations on the planet doesn’t even know there own history outside maybe their state.

It's the federal department of propaganda indoctrinating these newer generations from kindergarten through collage. They are dumb about American History and Civics.

“Wait till the food is gone“

I’m a little worried about “non” essential things, like my favourite junk foods, or far away foods like coffee.....

Canada has tons of agricultural production, including greenhouses, so I’m not worried about starving, but we could use more greenhouses if trade starts to suffer ☕️

Then explain why I cannot get flour ANYWHERE in Arizona (at least not in the East Valley) and the local news talks about supply chain disruptions and lack of restocked basics? My 81/2 month pregnant daughter cannot get toilet paper ANYWHERE nor can she find cleaning supplies......both her family and mine have been self isolating (3 weeks for my husband and I).
Sure, in your area, things may be great...I had to explain to a Chicago friend of mine (I lived there 17 years before moving to AZ) that Chicago is a MAJOR distribution center.....thus the "flush" supplies.....but in some areas, we are the LAST on the "supply chain" , Also, based on the news I have read from all over the world, countries are starting to limit or outright BAN food shipments, (Vietnam, Kazakhstan are only two)

Perhaps their epidemiologists have realized that America acted far too late and that it's people, who have seen umpteen disaster movies, will try and flood across the border to seek asylum from all the crazy, in Canada?

Americans are ignorant of their history and current events.

It's not my intention to defend or deflect your statement about Americans.
I think it would be more accurate to state "some" Americans, or the
"majority" more closely identify with your assessment.

In my research, one of the best books I've read to understand this
dilemma was thoroughly documented by Charlotte Iserbyt. She was
a US Department of Education Senior Policy Advisor. She took the
time to inform the public with documented proof in a 700+ page
book titled The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America.

There are obvious patterns and inconsistencies with almost every major
event in American history for the last 100 years. But a lack of proper
education has left many without cognitive/critical thinking ability
to differentiate MSM narratives in comparison to
patterns/inconsistencies.

I'm not calling people stupid. For a very long time, we've been
dealing with a systematic downward moral progression through
entertainment culture, pharmacological dependence & addictions
and reliance on media and government agencies for information.

One of the symptoms of active brain-washing is dissociation and
escapism. All of which makes an environment where it's not unusual
to find 40 something year old men addicted to video games and sports.

It's not easy trying to convinced people we're under systematic
propaganda and brain-washing. Is there technology and/or media
to reverse engineer the process?

The answer is yes.

We have to influence people to read/research material
that explains who, and why this is happening. I've posted
many books in the past, and will continue to do so.

The Ascendancy of Scientific Dictatorship by Phillip Collins.

A friend of mine in the Army has said something similar about deployment in the UK, another week to see if there's any truth to it...

You are correct my friend, I’m certain it is not all Americans. A very interesting topic, escapism leading to alternative explanations or theories;

I have a question, say a majority of CT think about a “man behind the curtain”, some TPTB controlling everything.

What is scarier, a man behind the curtain or no one at all, a proverbial runaway train...

That is even less control and sounds unappealing to individuals needing escapism, most likely from a life that they do not have this control

I'm not in Canada, but my son is military. Having a deployment date set further out really means nothing. Most recent deployments have been put on hold so they probably are assuming things will be able to resume by the end of the month and set a deployment date. Deployments can and do often change quickly as well so I really am not concerned over this at all.
