Considering all this is starting to look like a deep state globalist coup against president Trump, this might be a good idea.

Honestly I'd feel a lot better if there were a National Guard presence in my city. Remarkably violent crimes are down here right now but if things take a turn for the worse that could change in the blink of an eye. National Guardsmen on the streets helping out would in my opinion be the equivalent of a fence making good neighbors or locks keeping honest men honest.

The hidden question in all this being:

“If guardsmen have been activated to ensure continuity, by “patching the machinery” as it were; will there be enough guardsmen to patch all the holes that keep developing during this crisis?”

For example, if guardsmen are brought in to replace first responders who have gone down due to illness, now you’ve got guardsmen potentially going down due to the same conditions that caused the first responders to become ill.

And once plan “B” has been called in to replace plan “A”, do we really have a plan “C”?

The same process being used in regard to medical treatment in some areas. Triage.

Decide what's most necessary, prioritize and allot resources accordingly.

From there? Hope that things improve before we run out of those resources.

You are aware that the National Guard is a rather smaller component of the Ready Reserve being brought to bear on this EO? This is a rather larger pool of reserves being called up I think.
