"Screw you, rural New Yorkers! Even though I've been telling that the plague will strike you down just as hard any day now, I'm plundering everything I want from your pitiful little hospital ... I'll pay you for it though because that money will certainly take the place of the equipment no one has."
What a lovely message for your governor to be sending you ...
But this is how socialism works. No one asks you. They just take it, and no one considers what your needs may or may not be.

Governor Cuomo, if you had done your job in February, instead of DEFYING the HHS/TrumpAdmin Covid-19 warnings, there'd be LESS BLOOD on your hands.

The anti-American MSMedia want everyone to think Covid-19 is very deadly, even though statistics says that it isn't.
It is apparently very serious for a particular demographic. I'm trying to figure that part out.
Health - vital health - is much more than just the absence of symptoms/disease, and the biggest thing this event is revealing is that the vast majority of people, in this country and elsewhere, are not very healthy, with very weak immune systems.

Because the .1-.3% case fatality rate is clearly showing a vast majority of not very healthy people with very weak immune systems.
To be a majority it would have to be 51%, to be a vast Majority it would have to be 70% or more.
This is showing the vast majority of people are actually healthy with good and strong immune systems. That's why ~88% of people who get it are asymptomatic.

In February Trump & Co. was downplaying the entire thing. As late as Feb 27th Trump told everyone “It’s going to disappear, one day it’s like a miracle, it will disappear.”
Gov. Cuomo doubled down Sunday on the state’s controversial directive ordering nursing homes to admit COVID-19 patients.
The governor — who himself has described nursing homes as a “feeding frenzy’’ for the deadly coronavirus — said that the facilities can’t challenge a state regulation forcing them to admit patients with the contagion.
New York state is now reporting more than 1,700 previously undisclosed deaths at nursing homes and adult care facilities as the state faces scrutiny over how it’s protected vulnerable residents during the coronavirus pandemic.
At least 4,813 residents with confirmed or presumed cases of COVID-19 have died at 351 of New York’s 613 nursing homes since March 1, according to Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s administration’s new list. The list, released late Monday, includes the reported number of both confirmed and presumed deaths as of Sunday evening.
More than 4,300 recovering coronavirus patients were sent to New York’s already vulnerable nursing homes under a controversial state directive that was ultimately scrapped amid criticisms it was accelerating the nation’s deadliest outbreaks, according to a count by The Associated Press.
Cuomo, a Democrat, on May 10 reversed the directive, which had been intended to help free up hospital beds for the sickest patients as cases surged. But he continued to defend it this week, saying he didn’t believe it contributed to the more than 5,800 nursing and adult care facility deaths in New York — more than in any other state — and that homes should have spoken up if it was a problem.
