The coronavirus is a virus, and like all viruses, is a complex system of RNA sequences encapsulated in a protein sheath called a capsid.

The Human body is a very, very complex dynamical system, which means that the atoms, molecules, organelles, cells and organs which make us up fit within the larger logic of how we interact with other people. From top to bottom, we are an energy system, and how this system works can be captured by the idea of symmetry.

Ignore the above diagram if it seems too confusing, and so let me boil it down to the essentials, as I would like to share my lifetime of study to give people the insight that they need to make their immune systems as resilient as possible to prevent the occurrence of this sickness.

Corona-Logic

How come some people don't get the virus, some people have the virus but are asymptomatic, other are symptomatic but have very mild symptoms, while a small group of people get very sick and likely need to be hospitalized and put in an ICU?

The media does not share with you the logic of theoretical biology even though the abovementioned statistics more or less force a singular interpretation: some people have bodies that are robustly redundant, whose nervous systems (minds), and bodies are very well regulated to tolerate an aggressive virus like the covid-19, while other people have lost their bodies redundancy, and can only tolerate so much perturbation before their bodies systems becomes overwhelmed and chaos ensues.

Here are some basic guiding principles based in evolutionary biology which will help you live in tune with your environments, which in turn will support a robust, heavily redundant system that will escape the ravages that this virus is unleashing on the world.

  • The Human body evolved to be in synchrony with the day-light cycles of our planet. During the day, our rhodopsin receptors in our retinas pick up red light and green light, while a very special receptor called melanopsin receptors pick up blue light. These receptors link directly with the brains suprachiasmatic nucleus in the hypothalamus, which in turn is connected with the pineal gland. Activation of these receptors stimulates the nervous system and increases alertness and consciousness in the mind, which in turn improves mood, and as a downstream effect, improves the functioning of our body's immune system. We didn't evolve to be stuck up indoors the whole day. Our eyes, brain and body needs the stimulation and energizing influence of blue range frequency photons. Make sure you get at least an hour of outdoor light. If you have the means, invest in a blue light for overcast days.

  • We also didn't evolve to be sedentary, but to move. The human body and its processes are designed for movement, and so the more we sit still, the more sluggish our digestive system - and as a downstream effect, the immune system - will function. For Optimal Immunological resiliency, get in two brisk walks every day; one after breakfast and another one after dinner. I'm saying engaging in hardcore cardio - too much working out can have the reverse effect. But it is critical that you not sit around all day.

  • The human body also evolved to eat regular meals, as well as to spend a good portion of the latter part of the day fasting. This is why we call breakfast, breakfast: we're breaking the fast. Try to eat your last meal by 7 o'clock. Do not eat late into the night. Hippocrates was reasoning very well when he said that all disease begins in the gut - that is, the quality of the functioning of all our bodily systems is predicated on how well the gut - stomach, small intestines, large intestines, and supporting glands - break down food, absorb nutrients, and remove waste from the body. Autoimmune and chronic health conditions are very strongly related to diet, and very related to when and how much we eat. Since digestion takes at least 2-3 hours, finishing your meal at 7 and going to bed around 10:30-111:00 allows you digestive tract to switch to repair mode before you go to bed, which will also improve the quality of your sleep.

  • Since the body is a massively integrated system where the functioning of one system compromises the functioning of another system, the above recommendations - especially exposure to light - will improve the quality of your sleep. But another massive part of having a healthy immune system is actually getting to sleep, which can be severely undermined by exposure to blue range frequency light when the sun goes down. Our bodies inhibit the production of melatonin - the molecule which makes us tired - when we expose ourselves to blue range frequency lights late into the night and before bed. This means turn off all lights when the sun goes down, filter out the blue light from your smartphone if your phone offers that as an option, and lower the brightness on your TV if your TV allows you to do that. If you follow these recommendations, falling sleep will happen far more easily than you're used to.

  • Since so many of us are now living with immediate family members around the clock, arguments are prone to happen. This is bad as social tension dysregulates the nervous system, which in turn has negative downstream effects for the immune system. Try to cultivate feelings of peacefulness and practice silence when someone says something that bothers you.

    Perhaps the purpose of this whole ordeal we're being put through is to increase awareness of both bottom-up influences like light, diet, eating time, physical activity, and accepting the nature of the night, and above all, top-down influences like how we are with others, and how to regulate our own ideals, and eventually, to transform them to make them more compatible with natures iron-clad logic.

    We all can do quite a bit to keep our bodies resilient and to minimize the suffering that comes our ways. We are not as helpless as the media prefers to present us as. Yes, obviously, wash your hands and keep your hands away from your faces. But this is a woefully incomplete description of what you can do to keep yourself and your loved ones healthy.

    Keep safe, and God willing, lets hope this virus dies down.

    And here's some "don't do's"

    [*] Don't drink alcohol, or if you do, very little. I have little doubt that people in the low-risk group who've developed symptoms or have died from the virus probably got drunk the day before. Drinking dehydrates you; and dehydration is the opposite of what your immune system needs to stay resilient

  • Don't drink too much coffee. Stay focused on what the task at hand really is: staying healthy. Too much stimulants weakens the immune system which allows the virus to grow in number, and thus, to gain a foothold within your body.

    If you follow these recommendations, there's a very low probability that anything will happen to you. Since viruses are tiny, and we all usually have many different viruses and bacteria within our body from one moment to the next, the issue is not where you are exposed to the virus, but whether your immune system can contain it without being overwhelmed.

    Remarkably well done posting ASTERO, this is one of the foremost needed knowledge governments should teach kids at school. Being heathy is not exactly living on pharmacy drugs like media wants us to "know".

    All I would add is the wisdom to keep the balance in yourself at all time, as much as you could. On all levels, internal, external and whatever else level you can imagine. Extremities open the gates for all "illnesses". Some body/mental/etc. training also helps to gain resistance against many external influences, yet keeping oneself to its true state is much more easier and in the end useful practice.

    Don't be a disgusting unhealthy fatty pants and treat your body like a vacuum cleaner bag and give yourself a chance. Got it. Thanks.

    99 cinnamon! Stay healthy stay buzzed
    Alcohol kills the virus but no need to get smashed and dehydrated.
    Just sipping alcohol it won't have a chance to enter your lungs.
    I'm not a doctor but what good are they right now? Think for yourself.

    And here's a simple supplement that me and my family are taking:

    To boost your immune system, take Ki Immune Support,

    www.amazon.ca...=sr_1_2?keywords=ki&qid=1585257900&sr=8-2

    If you feel like you a cold or flu is coming on, take Ki Cold and Virus,

    www.amazon.ca...=sr_1_1?keywords=ki&qid=1585257900&sr=8-1

    Of course, these are just nutritional adjuncts. Going to a hospital when you feel sick is probably not the best idea - not unless you find yourself unable to breath, that is. Hospitals (as well as doctors clinics) are notorious for being germ-hot spots, so that last thing you need when you have a weak immune system trying to fend off an aggressive virus is to expose yourself to a host of other bacteria/virus' found in a hospital or clinic.

    This must seem scary to many people, but if you happen to get sick, the best thing to do is rest yourself and give your body the time it needs to figure this virus out. The virus' virility - or virulence - is a function of its novelty. With a resilient immune system the body can 'learn' the code that the virus propagates through in the same way that the body has a way of responding to more common coronaviruses.
