yeahhh viruses don't replicate like that, that's not how it works at all. they need a host cell, a very specific host cell, in the Wu-flu's case a cell with an ACE2 receptor.

I was thinking the same thing. Viruses are more akin to particles, than mobile organisms..

I wasn't going to wear a mask until a lady literally sneezed on me! Gloves are for protection from surfaces you touch when you're out even to the supermarket.
