Which would it be? Think carefully now, this is a tough question.

The five senses:
-Sight
-Hearing
-Smell
-Taste
-Touch

Most just say "Taste". But don’t jump in too fast, remember how important food is to your life. Some say Michael Hutchence from INXS killed himself because he lost his sense of taste.

Mine is smell. My allergies are so bad I can hardly smell anything anyways.

I would say hearing. Losing my sight would be the worst.

By the way, Hutchins died during some autoerotic activity...didn't mean to hang himself, was an accident. I won't go into details here, but do a little search, you might be surprised.

I was under the impression he committed suicide due to depression, partly due to his loss of taste.

Well, I really don't have a good sense of smell anyways, so this wouldn't bother me, but I actually have wished from time to time I had no hearing, unless of course I was watching a movie or something. Most of the hearing input we get daily is nonsensical garbage anyways. Maybe 10% is important. I tend to be solitary in my thinking and enjoy the quiet so hearing would be of no big loss to me.

Probably my sense of taste. I like to listen to music, I like to read, and not having a sense of touch would mess up my typing.

Out of all 5, I'd say probably taste would be the easiest to lose and still function here on earth.

Here's a twist, though. If you had to choose between losing either sight or hearing, which would you prefer. Never seeing a beautiful sunset again, or never hearing your favorite music again.

I'd rather lose sight than hearing. I love my music...

My sense of smell has been poo since I was five when I got the black death and my sinuses got screwed. Just as well since 'Theres a terrible smell in Dingley Dell, 'cause the pixies are washing their socks'

I would want to lose my sense of touch, because I have all-around headaches. At least three a day... they make me wanna
. And I could go skiing all day and not feel the cold!

That's easy: Smell. You could have a huge curry dinner and a big night on the Guinness and not have to dread the farts the next day.

I'm going to say I'd live without taste although it is a valuable sense I need the others more.
