Sorry about the delay on the inconsistancies. I've been rather cranky while quitting smoking (again
) and realized something this week...When I'm angry, bitter, cranky, and crabby, I seem to focus more on politics and less on God...In a good mood, my focus is on God...Anyone else notice this?

Jake, I can relate. 508 days ago I quit smoking. (but who's counting?) lol
I belong to QuitNet. I would go to one of the clubs on there and pick a fight about the war. When I finally realized what I was doing I did some heavy praying asking for forgiveness and gave up picking fights. I did make one friend from that club that I'm still in contact with and we both are still quit!

While I dont have time right now to read this entire thread, here are 2 things I think most Christians will apprieciate:

The TRUE origins of "aliens":
www.abovetopsecret.com...

Proof that the chip really is the mark of the "beast":
www.unexplained-mysteries.com...

I have an open challenge to whoever wants to try to debunk EITHER.

Well seeing as both theories are purely speculative, I don't see how anyone can do this.

EDIT: Have you read your peers' comments on your second link?

Most of them go along the lines of, "Ignorance, I'm coming to you as a friend... Lay off the crack..."

I...don't follow...

The "True Origin of 'Aliens'" was...confusing...What was it you were trying to say?

The other one seemed to take a bunch of questionable "facts", string them together and suggest...what, that the government is going to create brains that will be more efficient at surfing for porn?

So two primary questions for ya. First off, why do you expect most Christians will appreciate that information, and second, huh?

Dave for coming to know for certain God exists! Thank you Lee for accepting the key to heaven! It was an honor for me to help guide and witness it. Had it not been for ATS, I would not have been able to meet either of you. Looking forward to talking more with both of you.

Would anyone else like to receive the gift of eternal life? Send U2U for details. Now that's powerful stuff!

The answer is in... *drum roll, ching!* John 3:16

"Look at the birds in the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, yet your heavenly Father feeds them." - Matthew 6:26

I'm looking forward to finding out. Sounds like God takes care of the animals though. I have my theory of what we'll see there. I think there will be a whole lot more than just people and possibly animals though.

We're responsible for reaching out to God since we slap Him away so many times. That's the whole story of the Old Testament. We don't need our ancestors to do that for us though, we slap God away daily in our own lives currently.

I personally believe we all have received the gift of eternal life. It is this life that passes thru us all. The power and energy of GOD and all that exists within this universe. We are all one, and will become one.

I'm happy to offer the gift of relative eternal life as well, with no need for a u2u. You will never taste death, regardless of what you believe. From your perspective, your life will never end, although you will likely experience dying. I imagine that sucks, but hey, saint isn't offering you a free pass from that either.

What I'm helping people to get is free and guarenteed, where death is not the end, but the beginning of happiness forever without suffering, sorry, fear, pain and agony. And with all due respect spamandham, you have no authority to offer the gift of eternal life nor the ability to give it. Neither do I. All I can do is help walk someone through how to get it.

With similar respect, I do have the authority to offer what I offered, because all I'm doing is pointing out the obvious. No one reading here will taste death, and no action is required on their part (or mine) for that to hold true.

Even from a Christian perspective, no-one tastes death, whether they are saved or not.

It is obvious that all have eternal life (even if relative)? That's an interesting leap of faith sir.

Every Christian should know that there is 1 death certain, and a 2nd death possible. In addition to the gospels, there is the following: "The lake of fire is the second death. If anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire." Revelation 20:14. The first was because of our nature, as demonstrated in Genesis with Adam and Eve's decision making. To not suffer the second is outlined in John 3:16, John 6:47, Romans 6:23, Acts 16:31, 1 John 5:13, etc. They all say the same, so if anyone wants to go by the well-known John 3:16, that'd be fine.

This gift of eternal life is free, and is not relative.

Because the alternative is a contradiction. To taste death would require being alive to taste it, while being dead.

I didn't say you will live forever, I said you will not taste death. From your perspective, you will never be dead. Relative to your own perception, life is eternal, as you can not experience lack of life. Even the unsaved in Christian mythology can not experience death.

Spam has an interesting point, but one that is usually put forward from the other side. If spam is right, there is neither God nor afterlife, and Saint and I are dead wrong, we'll never know. Spam will never have the opportunity to gloat in oblivion because...Well, he'll no longer care, and he'll no longer be. I think, therefore I am, but in death with no divine, you stop thinking, so you are not.

Interestingly enough, if Saint and I are right, and Spam is wrong, we will all know it after we die. To some it will be painfully obvious they made the wrong decision in life, in others there will probably be sympathy for those whom we tried to reach but rejected Christ, and sorrow for those we didn't even make an effort for.

That's why I find Spam's tact interesting. If he's right...Who cares? If we're right, everyone cares...Why bring that up to make your point that God doesn't exist?

I think there are some people who feel they have too much to lose but I'm not really sure exactly what that is. 70 + or - years goes by pretty quick. It'd be good to know for certain what'll happen afterwards while there is still time to do something about it.

It's been corrected

Saint was banned too, though, huh? The more names of people banned I am getting, the more I'm starting to believe this was not a random attack by a new member who wanted to show how great a hacker they were.

The question becomes, who hated what we had to say so much that they felt they had to silence us rather than debate us.
