I have noticed lately that around the place that I live that a stomach virus is going around. While both males and females can get the virus, I have noticed that the only ones being severly affected are males.

Question: can a natural virus be gender specific or can it affect one gender more than it affects the other?

I am not sure so I am asking everyone here what they know.

Well some STD's only show simitems in men/woman but apart from that i have not heared of any. Why would a virus evolve that limited its victems. But there should be no problem in creating one some day. Dose any one remeber a movie about this very thing.
