It is actually better that way than standing in line getting infected by the flu or some other virus from the other people going to get tested. I said flu, because ninety eight percent of tests are negative.

This. It simulates what South Korea does. Their testing tents have a plastic curtain you sit behind and the suited person sticks their hand through a slit with the swab to test you.

Car serves the same function.

But why are they pretending to be so scared when 98% are just your normal flu?

I mean that's nothing. I wonder where all the people who 'died' are at now, after their pay out.

I live a 1/2 mile from a hospital, they started the tent testing this past Saturday.
The last 3 days the line of cars was all the way down the street.

Not according to Ricky.

Must be true, I read it on ATS.

They put mine in my nose and it tickled and felt funny, then I had to blow my nose. I watched her open the bran new pack of swabs in front of me, so unless they are manufacturing infected swabs then I'm good. Otherwise, well I guess I'm dead!

Yeah. I have not had a COVID swab, but I've had others.

Only that one time did the nurse pull an exposed swab out of his hip pocket. The other times it came out a a sealed packet. Turned out I was fine.

You sit in your car and are swabbed. You then drive home.

It's very practical.

Of course you have already participated and can explain the process for us. Who else?!

What else can you teach us about the process?

14 stars on a 9 flag post, where the remainder of the 2 pages of replies dont even have 14 stars combined. Weird isnt it?

No that was an offhand observation. Is strange though isnt it?

I was hoping you could tell me what to expect as you seem to know the skinny.

It really is the best way IMHO. I would do this 1000 times then sit in a hospital waiting for that guy next to me with the runny nose to infect me.
