Tom Hanks and Wife Have Coronavirus

Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson have announced that they have tested positive for COVID-19 (coronavirus), the first celebrities to go public with a diagnosis.

Hanks and Wilson, both 63, revealed the news with a statement on Wednesday. The married couple was in Australia for production of Baz Luhrmann’s untitled Elvis Presley movie, in which Hanks is playing Presley’s iconic manager Colonel Tom Parker.

Um... I'd say being in public in an infected area? Just a guess.

Don’t really give a shi........to bad for Tom, and wife. Sure they’ll get the best medical treatment. If they don’t die I guess it proves this virus is all hype!

Makes me think way more people have already or currently have it and was never diagnosed. I was sick last week but just took time off work and went back when I felt better. Come to think about it a lot of people have been out sick recently. Could’ve been the coronavirus, but who's gonna know when people are used to getting that type of sickness around this time of the year and typically don’t go see a doctor over cold/flu like symptoms. To my point, maybe old Tom Hanks isn’t so special at all.

You can rest assured there are far more than 1000 cases, not saying this for any reason other than it's true.

Didn't the host of the Academy Awards call Tom Hanks out for sexual abuse?

What are their symptoms? Mild runny nose, cough, sore throat?

We will be seeing Hanks in films until he’s in his 80’s.
