Who the hell in their right mind is voluntarily boarding a plane???

Who in their right mind believes that they have to put their entire life on hold, just because the media is fear mongering us?

I’m game for a flight. Hawaii sounds nice right now.

They sell allergy medication. No one with allergies should be alerting.
If you're gonna fly take meds.
If you're sick don't get on a plane.

I never had allergies as a child. As an adult I now get some seasonal allergies. I never know when it is going to hit.
I could be totally fine one day and then a sneezing fool the next. Yes of course I would take medicine, but a lot of it is not that effective until you have taken it for a while.

Ticket prices are insane right now. If you poke around you can find crazy low prices. Pretty much every airline that operates the A380 is parking all but 1 or 2 because pax loads are so low.

Or you're in the aisle seat on the way to the restrooms.
Or the stew passes it to you.
Or you touch something they coughed or sneezed onto.
Or use the restroom after them and just open the door with your bare hand.

Yeah we're gonna stick with the ten foot rule in a completely sealed environment.

Ironically, the ''candyass generation'' has the strongest immune systems.

Great carriers, woke folk.

Good thing they're not bitter about being called names by older generations and deliberately infecting them... yet.

It's nowhere near as prevalent as you're claiming. Moving around is the weak part of being on the plane, but every study done showed no significant increase in illness after flying. And that includes with one small study showing that many of the plastic surfaces are contaminated, including with MRSA.

There was slightly more to it than that. They diverted after a fight started on board because two passengers didn't appreciate the fact that he wouldn't try to stop.

Yes I know the prices are insane. I just paid $1200 for two tickets to fly 1000 miles away.

I purchased them two weeks ago.

When I land back home Thursday and we get that local air with all the allergens in it, I fully anticipate some dirty looks. Can't help it, I'm just allergic to just about every plant or tree in my home area. Oh well, I'll be one of the first off the plane then.

You might want to see if you can get out of it.

Flights from the Upper Midwest to the South are going for under 80 bucks now....

Yeah, you got screwed. You can get two adults from LAX to London for $681 right now. For a little under $1100 you can get to Australia. And that's just a generic Google airfare search, without looking for any deals.

Interesting. They were by far the cheapest tickets. Google Airs cheapest flights were $1200 each. I paid that for two.

My other half was in Walmart yesterday and when she was talking to me on the phone said, "That trip to China did wonders", as a joke. She said she got more than one death glare.

Absolutely agree I got screwed. I just checked Priceline. Tickets are still over $600 each.

Austin to PHX. maybe it’s the destinations that are making them high. It is spring break after all.
