A stimulus is NOT on the docket for me, Mr. President.

No more bailouts.

The most I could see the government doing is tax freezes for targeted industries as Kudlow says but that is it. The fact that there is talk of stimulus packages over COVID19 is worrisome.

A lot of the $8 billion that was passed to address the outbreak of COVID19 has been funneled to friends of lawmakers and pet industries. The Trump Administration asked for just over $2 billion and congress countered with the $8 billion dollar figure.

There is a lot of money changing hands in Washington right now and they've been using COVID19 as an excuse to dole out taxpayer cash for pet projects. There's even GWOT related "overseas contingency" operations money...The hell does that have to do with COVID19?

You can always trust Washington to do one thing very well and that is the fleecing of the American people.

I thought the FED sets it's own monetary policies with no oversight?

Something about FASB a while ago eliminating congressional audits and oversight?

To me and many others I'm sure, this is just another round of wealth transference. The middle class is being eviscerated.

When you lose in the markets the money doesn't just evaporate into thin air, its handed over to someone or something else.

This Covid-19 is merely a crisis that's NOT going to waste.

Upwards of 52,000 people have died from the regular flu season, another 600,000+ hospitalized.

How is this worse than any other year?

Those in the know and not compromised by political fanaticism have known this was coming WELL before a virus seemingly sunk the world markets.

Why didn't the regular flu season totals so far incur such a response?

We're being played like always...

Trump: I need 2 billion to fight Covid-19

Congress: Here's 8 billion and we get to give most of it for our retirement or bribes.

Trump signs? He's a big-government spender.

Trump doesn't sign? He wants you to die from the virus.

President Bernie Sanders would enjoy seeing companies suffer financially.

The politicization of the outbreak is in many ways worse than the actual disease.

They should be sanctioning China.

Deliberate,Payback or just gross negligence.

It started there.

Absolutely None of our money should be going to bail out companies that make their products in China.

Subsidies are not part of Federal Reserve policy, that's the Federal Government.

If Sanders gets elected, Hemhorragic Fever-20... the American taxpayers will bleed to death from the anus thanks to Comrade Sanders' socialist policies.

Yep. One of those will get him in real trouble though and it isn't the spending.
