I would NEVER vote for Bloomberg of course, but wouldn't it be illegal to give every American money individually? The obvious implication being that he would be voted in as President, were he to have done this. Wouldn't that be buying votes?

After college, from 1976-1985, I taught fifth and six grade math at an elementary school in East Tennessee. You know ---dumb old Tennessee. I might have have challenged the 4th graders with this tough math problem, they were nine years old. The ten year old fifth graders would have been tickled I'd given them such a simple problem as "if you have 500 million dolllars, how many people could you give one million dollars to?"

Dialogue such as this, carried on national television, should be of great concern for those on the right side of the Bell Curve.
