Oh I should re-enforce the point that it's just a guess based on behaviors, and not based on facts. I have no idea who is actually behind the issues we are all (mostly) encountering, but since the issues started happening around the same time as the thread about him having issues with the law over seas, he would be my guess.

I could be wrong and if so I'm willing to apologize.

Norton 360 knocks them out...but not fast enough.
I'm going to try another Browser when it starts for me (9PM EST).

FireFox for me is a must... I tried Chrome but FF was light years ahead in so many areas... Malwarebytes is getting heavier on ram w/ false positives and it's a bit overrated now but it still works when you need it...

I always uninstall that garbage. It slows the computer down, sucks up resources. They're hard to get rid of too.

I haven't been infected with anything yet. Years I've gone without antivirus.

This is strange that you mention this because tonight I am suddenly getting this pop-up notification that says

"Opera was unable to open the link since no application associated with "qrc:" protocol was found on your system"

after the pop-up I must press the "OK" button to continue. And it just now happened as I was attempting this reply!!

McAfee blows, better off with a free AV like Avast instead... There's a reason it comes preinstalled, NO ONE will buy it...
