I posted something like this a few months ago. Guy filmed something very similar in Miami, Florida last August.
www.abovetopsecret.com...

This one was apparently filmed by a guy in Iowa a week or so after that one, but he finally uploaded to MUFON. It's a glowing UFO, however, it has a funny little smaller UFO orbiting around it at high speed, just like the previous one. You can see it better at the beginning of the video. Odd for people to have gotten video of essentially identical UFOs. Thought I'd share before it vanishes.

I can only get the first 20 seconds or so to play.
But does the Smaller object look to you, like it could be an artifact caused By a shake cell phone camera?
Again, I can only view the first 20 seconds then it freezes up on me.

Also, Can you post the case number so I can read the investigators notes in the CMS?

Then I can find the witnesses address and begin to post what it isn't.
ETA, don't worry about the case Number, I found It.
Case 106518

Just looking at the case in the CMS.
The FI has not accepted the case yet - it's still sitting in the assigned designation.

The video was taken on Aug 29, 2018 At approximately 17:00 pm.
In mahaska, Iowa.
The sighting lasted 50 minutes.

The witness claims, they were outside playing with their kid.
They noticed a Glowing lighting in the sky, about as high up as their neighbours tree.
There was no noise heard.

Again i only saw 20 seconds of video. There are 5 attachments in the case.

The video tells me the object was a lot higher than the neighbours tree.
Because of the time of year, Venus is definitely an option.
However I have not looked into this yet.

And just like I tell my Investigators,
Just because I provide my thoughts on what it's not.
Doesn't mean that's what it is.
And they are encouraged to prove me wrong.

Yeah, it's a 15 minute plus video and there is some heavy buffering. The clearest view, however, is in the first minute or so. The narrator begins by saying it's been there nearly 10 minutes. So it's a sighting of approximately 25 minutes.

But does the Smaller object look to you, like it could be an artifact caused By a shake cell phone camera?

I considered that, but it always rotates along the same axis. If it was just a bumped phone, it would be bouncing all over the place, I assume. And it continues to rotate even whether the phone is being held steady or when it's being jostled a little. The one from last August had the little satellite zipping around the thing approximately three times a second. This one is about the same speed as far as I can tell without stopping the video frame by frame and counting.

Also, Can you post the case number so I can read the investigators notes in the CMS?

Sure. It's listed as case number 106518.

This is a really good video. A drone doesn’t look like this. Doesn’t look like CGI.

Only thing that makes sense is swamp gas circling Venus.

Interesting footage. It also froze for me after 15 seconds due to severe buffering, but I managed to skip ahead and watch momentary snippets, including an aircraft flying by - I wonder if the pilot, crew or passengers recall anything.

If it were not for the smaller object that seems to be circling the main one, Venus would of course be an an easy answer, but this is something else IMO.

Could it be Space tech? Shall we send out the usual signal for expert assistance...?

Thanks. Looks interesting, but the Mufon source has real throughput problems depending upon where you are.
If you could give another link, that would certainly be better for all.

One thing... the satellite looks a lot like the main image, but a ghost of it with shifted color.
They both have that presentation to me.

Thinking camera shutter speeds vs frequencies possibly modulated by glowing central body.
A phasing issue producing a video glitch? That would need some equipment to debug.

Sun reflecting off an object , most likely a drone or some form of aircraft .
The other object is what is termed as a "sun dog" .
Done.
Next.

I agree with that, and there is a certain amount of Zoom that would only exacerbate shake, or atmospheric twinkle, and indeed it does go out of focus completely at times.

I dunno, man, it works fine for me. Just watched the whole thing and downloaded it at the same time. It's huge, 1.5GB, so I'm not sure what I'll be able to do with it...

Somehow I don't think you actually watched any of the video.

Yes , and that's what it was.
