This is a question regarding the rules (paraphrased above)
You get warnings if you do things like posting crap/porn, single line answers or breach Simon's terms. If you get five warnings ( I believe) you get
banned for a limited amount of time.
Why is single line posting such a terrible offense? I do not typically have a lengthy/windy answer or comment about most subjects; so does this leave
me out of pretty much most threads? I don't usually have trouble following forum rules but this one is going to be troublesome...
I think the one line response rule was made so people wouldn't post things like "Me too" "I agree" or posts like that. But if you make a good
post that add to the conversation but isn't that long you should be ok. Just try to stay away from making posts of just a few words that don't add
to the conversation and you'll be ok.
I just have a question. What does it mean if you are "flagged"? I've noticed while reading through some of the threads that some mini profiles
show certain members as being "flagged" ... and then shows how many times. I've read through the introductory info, but I guess I must have missed
the part about flagging. If this is a silly question, I apologize... however, I am curious.
Thanks for helping enjoies05! Your posts and SuperMod asala have some of the best explanations that are clear and understandable.
Thankyou very much for taking the time to help us newbs to make sense of it all. (Could either of you explain the meaning of life also? :lol

help others like me understand,
How do I post a "link to thread?" I've already started a few threads and don't want to repeat the discussion already covered there when they touch
on a discussion in another thread.
