It's a Red Sea Giant Moray Eel. They're about half the size of a human.

I read a comment since there is a nearby underwater ravine it is quet possible to be just a specie of a blind eel that lives really deep udner the surface.

I can still see the remains of an eye socket but I guess it has been dead for a little while and soft tissue is the first to go..
