I think the issue is containment. The fact that China has already quarantined the same amount of people who live in the US is crazy.

Will it kill us all? No
Does it have a chance to kill a few million in the US? Yes. 1 out of a 100 people could die. That is a lot.

I for one do not believe this is a outbreak as much as a coordinated release of this virus.
